FerroSpire is liquid, water-based pigment for through-colouring concrete, including roof tiles and paving stones. Typically 2–6 % dry pigment by weight of cement, but the dosage depends on the desired colour, so talk to us and order samples.
Supply
Liquid, water-based. The pigment content is stated on the technical data sheet and on the label.
Pails (net 24 kg); big bags and IBCs (1 tonne) by arrangement.
Use by the date on the label (unopened, stored frost-free). Stir before use.

Four black grades of natural magnetite
FerroSpire Black is a liquid, water-based black pigment of natural magnetite for through-colouring concrete, including roof tiles and paving stones. The range has four grades: IS-3101 is slightly coarser than the others, IS-3102 is our standard black grade, IS-3301 is extra dark black with a slight blue undertone (indicative), and IS-3302 is deep black with carbon black. Black iron oxide is generally used for grey, anthracite and black concrete products, and it is also part of blended brown shades. As a liquid pigment it is dosed directly into the mix. We are happy to test FerroSpire Black with the PCE product you use. A test cast is recommended before production, and you can request a quote and a sample for all four grades.

Which black pigments does FerroSpire offer?
FerroSpire Black comes in four grades: IS-3101 is coarser black: a slightly coarser black pigment than our other black grades; IS-3102 is standard black: our standard black grade for concrete products, roof tiles and paving stones; IS-3301 is extra dark black: dark black with a slight blue undertone (indicative); IS-3302 is deep black with carbon black: a deep black shade with carbon black. All four are liquid and used for concrete, roof tiles and paving stones.

We are happy to test FerroSpire Black with the PCE product you use: send us the PCE product, and we will arrange a test cast.
